Refund Policy
At Mellow, we value your satisfaction. Please take a moment to review our policy regarding product returns and exchanges.
Product Returns and Exchanges:
Once a product is sold, all sales are considered final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.
Damaged Product Replacement:
While we take utmost care when packing products for shipping, we understand that occasionally, products may be damaged during transit. In such rare instances, we offer replacements under certain conditions.
Eligibility for Replacement:
To be eligible for a replacement, the recipient must send us a clear photo of the damaged product within 12 hours of delivery. Our dedicated team will promptly verify the damages and initiate the exchange process.
Returning the Damaged Product:
If we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup, we kindly request our customers to send back the damaged product within 7 days using a regular courier service. We will reimburse shipping charges up to INR 100 for your convenience.
Please note that products returned without prior consent from Team Mellow will not be considered for replacement.
Replacement Process:
Upon receipt and verification of the damaged product, we will promptly dispatch a replacement of the same product if available in our inventory. In cases where the same product is not available, we will issue a “Coupon” that can be redeemed against any of our products. Rest assured, this coupon will have no expiry date. We do not provide monetary refunds in such cases.
Inventory Mismatch:
In the unlikely event that you place an order, but the product is unavailable due to an inventory mismatch, our team will promptly notify you. In such cases, you have the following options:
- Choose an alternative product of equal value.
- Opt to have the amount credited in the form of a coupon.
- Request a full refund of the amount paid through the original payment method.
Return Shipping Process:
Currently, we offer the facility to pick up damaged products from your doorstep for replacement in a limited number of pin codes. If pickup is not available in your area, we kindly request customers to ship the damaged product back to us with proper packaging using a regular courier service. Shipping costs incurred by you (up to a maximum of INR 100) will be reimbursed.
Expected Delivery of Replacement:
Once the damaged product dispatched from your end reaches our center in Pune, the replacement product will be shipped to you. Our standard delivery time for domestic shipments is 5 working days. In cases where additional time is required, we will notify you in advance.
